We are taking all necessary arrangements to keep both our engineers and our customers safe during the reintroduction of services.
All engineers will attend properties with masks, disposable gloves and protective shoe socks.
We ask that you are completely transparent in regards to your health when requesting an appointment. If you or anyone in your household has been affected or shown symptoms or has had contact with anyone who has symptoms of Covid-19, we would ask that you follow Government guidelines in regards to the timescale of self isolation before booking.

For the past ten years, GasWise has been providing a quality plumbing & heating service to home owners throughout north Oxfordshire and surrounding counties. We cover all aspects of Plumbing, Heating, Refurbishment & Drainage within your home. Whatever you are looking for, we can help! We take great pride in the way that we look after our customers and we commit to:- Giving you a two-hour window for your engineer visit and, in the unlikely event of us not arriving in that time, we will call to let you know we are delayed and to give you the opportunity to reschedule your visit if more convenient.
- Leaving your home as we found it, using our own cleaning materials and vacuum, not yours.
- Being completely transparent in all our dealings with you and explaining the work we have carried out in straight-forward way.
- Explaining to you the cost implication of any repair before we do it – after all, it’s your money, not ours.
In addition:
- All our engineers are fully qualified and are up to date with their training
- You will be issued with a job identification number that will allow you to visit our customer portal and see exactly how far away our engineer is from you
- Our team all carry identification, wear company uniform and arrive with a company livered van.
- In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our work, we will quickly and professionally deal with your issue
